I got 3 quotes one from a local company, one from a huge national company and one from Basement Finish Pros. The local one was a quick walk through and was the lowest in price and had very little details on the job with the offer. The national company spent 6 hours here and needed the decision that night. They had good details and had great quality no doubt, but the price was ridiculous even after negotiations. BFP quote was very detailed, down to all the materials and tasks all separated, they gave a computer picture of the job as well. They were closer in the price of the local guy, a little more but I knew the details of what they were going to do.
The Sales/manager is very straight forward and honest he knows all the details on codes and quality of the approach. The team is made up of very professional and talented Technicians. They made many recommendations that made the difference in the finished product. They are very diligent and always working and never did anything different without seeking my approval. The plumber, and Electrician and his Technician were amazing (No, I am not kidding). On time and very quick. The Electrician did things that I did not ask for, like switches on the wall for sockets for lamps that will be great in the future, the Technician actually offered to pick up better LED lamps on his way to the job. The plumber came in on a Saturday to do an added job upstairs on a last minute request, and did it with high quality.
I am sorry about the long review, but I would have to say you need to get a quote from this group on top of any others you are getting, they will not disappoint you. The pics attached show the finished job, my cellar before was very, very ugly now they did an amazing job in just 2 months.
